In an effort to reduce the impact of increased energy costs, state governments are adding incentives allowing customers to switch to affordable green energy solutions. In NSW a gross feed-in-tariff has been introduced since January 1st ‘2010 whereby customers are paid 60c per kWh they produce, around 4 times the average rate.
Energy prices are tipped to rise by 58% between now and 2012/13 (reported in the Australian Financial Review dated 16th December ’09).
With this in mind Lidoran Energy brings you the opportunity to take advantage of the latest Government rebate paying you for generating energy, selling electricity back into the power grid using solar photovoltaic (PV) technology.
The rebate is not means tested and geared for both residential and small to medium commercial customers. The rebate has a cap of 50 MW of which 25MW has been installed already. This leaves +-1500 opportunities to install 10kW systems taking advantage of the rebate.
